Healthy Humans will not sell your Personal Information to third parties. Healthy Humans may, however, provide copies of your Personal Information and that of other Account holders in de-identified aggregate form to third parties. For example, we may provide third parties with information about the prevalence of certain health conditions in the overall group of Healthy Humans subscribers, or among certain age groups, in aggregate information.
We also de-identify and aggregate information about the use of our Site and Services to improve the navigation, content, and design of our Site and Services. This information may include, for example, the most and least requested pages and the number of users from various locations, among other things. 6. Third Party Access

Also, you may give Healthy Humans permission to share your Data with third parties of your choice, such as your health care providers, and your permission will remain in force until you revoke your permission by using our sharing notification process. Please note, however, that Healthy Humans may refuse in our sole discretion to connect with any third party at any time, and for any reason or for no reason.
As noted above, Healthy Humans cooperates with law enforcement inquiries as a matter of policy. We use IP addresses and other available information to attempt to identify a user when we are legally compelled to do so or when we feel it is necessary to protect our Services, our Site, our customers, or others. We are not required to notify you before we provide your Personal Information in response to any law enforcement inquiry.
Healthy Humans reserves the right to transfer and assign the information we have collected from our users in connection with any merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control or all or a portion of Healthy Humans. In the unlikely event of our bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors' rights generally, we may not be able to control how your Personal Information or Non-Personal Information is treated, transferred, or used, and in that case this Privacy Policy will no longer apply to any information that we collect or have collected. 7. Healthy Humans does not warrant that your Personal Information or Non Personal Information is and will remain secure from unauthorized parties. Healthy Humans will not be liable for disclosures of your Personal Information or Non Personal Information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties.
Healthy Humans is not liable for delay, non-delivery, or non-receipt of any information exchanged between you and Healthy Humans due to Internet connectivity problems, incorrect e-mail addresses, incomplete or incorrect contact information supplied by you. Further, in the event that the Site or Services cannot be provided or are otherwise made impracticable by reason of any acts of God, fires, floods, earthquakes, or other natural catastrophes; national emergencies, strikes, lockouts or other labor difficulties; computer 'hacking' attacks or computer viruses; any law, order, regulation or other action of any governing authority; or any other cause beyond Healthy Humans' reasonable control, then Healthy Humans shall not be liable to you for such delay or impracticability in providing the services.
If Healthy Humans learns of a security breach, then we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. Subject to applicable law, you may have a legal right to receive notice of a security breach in hard copy. 8. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect, use or disclose information via the Sites or the Services from those we know are under 18 years of age. No part of our Site or Services is intended to be used or accessed by anyone under 18. A parent or guardian may establish an Account for an individual under the age of 18, but we require the parent or guardian to be the user of the Account (not the child), and the parent or guardian shall be solely responsible for the Account. If we have reason to believe that an Account is being used by any person under the age of 18, regardless of whether a parent or guardian established the Account, we reserve the right to terminate the Account and delete all information in the Account. 9. Notification of Changes
Healthy Humans may modify this Privacy Policy at any time for any reason. You may wish to review this Privacy Policy from time to time. If Healthy Humans makes any material changes in our privacy policies and practices, we may post a new Privacy Policy on or link to the Site.
